Grand Canyon South Rim Tour Highlights
Skip the long drive and fly to the Grand Canyon’s South Rim in a twin-engine airplane! Catch breathtaking aerial views of the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead on your 60-minute flight to the Grand Canyon’s South Rim airport.
Your South Rim Experience
After landing at the South Rim airport, you’ll board a luxury motorcoach and embark on a three-hour guided tour of the Grand Canyon’s South Rim, with stops at two of the Grand Canyon’s most famous attractions: Mather Point and Bright Angel Lodge.
Mather Point (pronounced “Mah-ther”, not “May-ther”) offers unobstructed views of the South Rim, and nearly 1/4 of the Grand Canyon. Mather Point is one of the most popular and well-known viewpoints at the South Rim, and is a short walk away from the Grand Canyon Visitor Center, as well as additional souvenir shopping and educational programming.
Continue your journey to the iconic Bright Angel Lodge, designed by renowned architect Mary Colter and built in 1935. Explore the souvenir shop and history room, and visit the nearby Lookout Studio and Kolb Studio just west of Bright Angel Lodge.
Please Note: Comfortable clothing and footwear is advised on all of our tours.
