Your Hoover Dam Experience

Your tour begins with a pickup from the Las Vegas Strip for a ground tour of Hoover Dam National Historic Landmark.

Your tour includes the Power Plant Tour, which takes you 500 feet into the dam to view the turbines and the famous generator room.

Also see the Visitor Center, along with historical exhibits and the observation deck. Then marvel at the Hoover Dam, the Colorado River, and Black Canyon from 900 feet high above on the Mike O’Callaghan-Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge.

Enjoy a visit to historic Boulder City with charming antique stores, cafes, and the Hoover Dam Museum.

Important Details

Arrive at your pickup location at least 10 minutes prior to your departure time, as the tour cannot wait for late guests
Find your specific pickup location the day prior to be sure you know where to meet
Bring weather-appropriate clothing
Wear comfortable walking shoes, and consider bringing a hat and sunscreen
Feel free to bring snacks and drinks (non-alcoholic) to enjoy during your tour
Visitors must be over the age of 16 to take the generator tour on their own.

Something for the books! You must try this fun and exhilarating experience. Pick up and drop off on the Strip and you have times to choose from. And you land in the Grand Canyon for champagne and snacks. It was windy, yet our young pilot handled it like a pro.

The experience with Canyon Tours was fantastic. Communication and pick arrangements were very easy. The bus comfortable and Wayne the best driver we could have. The complimentary water and granola bars were a nice addition. The schedule was on point and the views breathtaking. Totally worth it!
