Most missed pickups happen for one reason: someone waits in the wrong spot and doesn’t call. Here’s how to be in the right place.
The single most important step: confirm your pickup the day before your tour.
Pickup spots come directly from each hotel and vary from hotel to hotel, so we go over your exact spot and time with you the day before.

- 2The morning of, arrive early and check your spot with your hotel’s bell or valet desk.
- 3If anything’s unclear, call us right away. Our shuttles have GPS, so we can see where your ride is and get you to it.
Also use the second number on your booking confirmation — that’s your direct line the day of.
How Your Pickup Works
There are two ways you’ll meet us, depending on the tour you booked and the option you chose at checkout.
Hotel pickup (most tours)
For bus and ground tours, and flight tours booked with transfer, we pick you up from your hotel about an hour before tour time. Times vary by hotel, so confirm the day before.
Self-drive to a terminal
If you booked a helicopter or airplane tour without transfer, you’ll drive to your flight terminal and check in there. Find yours below.
Not at a hotel we serve?
Off-Strip, a rental, or downtown? We’ll direct you to the closest hotel we pick up from. Call or email the day before and we’ll set it up.

Only if you booked a flight tour without transfer. Arrive at least 45 minutes before your flight time.

When to Arrive
Mornings are early and timing moves with traffic, so build in a buffer.
Hotel pickup: be at your confirmed spot at least 10 minutes early. Pickup runs about an hour before tour time.
Self-drive terminals: arrive at least 45 minutes before flight time for check-in.
We can’t hold the vehicle for late arrivals. Pickup and return times are estimates, not guarantees.

Also use the second number on your booking confirmation. Our shuttles have GPS — the moment you call, we can see where your ride is and tell you exactly what to do.
Make Sure You’re in the Right Spot
Confirm the day before so you know your spot before dawn.
Ask your hotel’s bell desk or valet for the tour shuttle loading area.
Arrive early and verify the spot with the hotel.
When in doubt, call to confirm your bus or shuttle is on time.
Quick Questions
Where exactly do I wait at my hotel?
It depends on your hotel — spots are set by each property, so there’s no single answer. That’s why we confirm it with you the day before. Ask the bell or valet desk for the tour shuttle loading area, and call us if you’re unsure.
I’m not on the Strip. Can you still pick me up?
If you’re somewhere we don’t run pickups, we’ll point you to the nearest hotel we do serve. Call or email the day before and we’ll arrange it.
The front desk isn’t sure where pickup is. What do I do?
Trust your confirmation over the front desk, and call us at (702) 260-0796. We’ll confirm your spot and, if needed, watch your shuttle’s location and guide you in.
Is pickup different for a helicopter or airplane tour?
It can be. Those tours let you choose hotel pickup or self-drive to a terminal when you book. If you chose self-drive, see your terminal above.
If You Miss Your Pickup
We want you on board, so we’ll say this plainly. If you miss your pickup, it’s treated as a no-show and charged at the full tour price — we can’t hold or reroute a full vehicle once it’s moving.
Nearly every missed pickup is avoidable: confirm the day before, and call us the moment anything seems off.
