To ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all guests, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions before booking your tour. These guidelines outline important details related to pricing, reservations, cancellations, transportation, accessibility, and other operational policies. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and accept these conditions as part of your participation in the tour.
- Limited seats & pricing
- Limited seats are available at stated prices.
- Price includes tax (and, where noted, fees such as fuel surcharges).
- Fuel surcharge
- A $15 per-person fuel surcharge (bus tours) will be collected at booking.
- Check‑in times
- Check-in is required 20–45 minutes before departure, depending on the tour type.
- Airplane/helicopter weight/seat policy
- Passengers exceeding a specified weight (typically 300 lb or 136 kg) must purchase an additional seat.
- Seat assignments are not guaranteed.
- Late/reservations policy
- Reservations made less than 24 hours before pickup or check-in cannot be guaranteed.
- If a group cannot be accommodated due to late booking, a full refund will be issued.
- Payment & cancellation window
- Payment is due on the day of booking.
- Standard cancellation policy requires 48-hour notice, although some tours require 72-hour notice.
- Itinerary flexibility
- Itineraries and components (e.g., bus size, weather-dependent elements, FAA restrictions, pickup/drop-off points) are subject to change without notice.
- No refunds for delays
- Delays do not qualify for refunds.
- Age-based pricing
- Children under specific age thresholds (usually under 1 or 2) may ride free.
- Older children pay the adult rate.
- Proof of age may be required.
- ID requirements
- All passengers aged 18 and over must present a government-issued photo ID at check-in.
- Baggage restrictions
- Aircraft tours prohibit purses, backpacks, and other personal baggage due to space and safety constraints.
- Pilot gratuity
- Gratuity for pilots or tour crew is optional and not included in the tour price.
- Prohibited items (bus tours near Hoover Dam)
- Luggage, large backpacks, suitcases, briefcases, coolers, and alcohol are not allowed on motorcoach tours.
- Wheelchair/scooter handling for bus tours
- If a wheelchair or scooter must be stored under the bus, passengers are responsible for loading and unloading.
- The tour operator is not liable for damage.
- Seasonal and operational exclusions
- Some tours are unavailable on specific holidays (e.g., December 25) or operate only during certain seasons or days of the week.
- Comfort & safety refusal
- For safety and comfort, passengers who are intoxicated, unsafe, or exceed seating limits may be denied service without a refund.
