Grand Canyon Tour Policies

Our tour policies are as follows:

1. Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking. Transactions will be conducted in United States currency. Cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice (the exact number of hours are noted on each tour page.) If less than the number of hours noted, a fee up to the full fare will apply. No-shows will be charged the full tour price.
2. Passengers must reconfirm their tour before the scheduled departure date and time by calling the tour company listed on the confirmation sheet upon arrival and advising them of their hotel room number. It is the passenger’s responsibility to be at the correct pick-up location at the time advised by the tour company (please be there at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time).
3. For the comfort and safety of all passengers, we reserve the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
4. Tours may include some elements of risk; we assume no liability for injuries or illness. Most tours require a minimum number of passengers to operate and are subject to change without notice. Due to safety or weather conditions, tour dates and times may vary, and every effort will be made to re-accommodate you. A full refund will be given if a tour must be canceled by the tour operator.
