Antelope Canyon Tour Highlights

  • Complimentary hotel to hotel pick-up and drop off
  • Scenic drive passing through Mojave Desert, Virgin River Gorge, and Glen Canyon National Recreation Area
  • Awe-inspiring views of the Colorado River, Antelope Canyon, and Glen Canyon
  • Guided tour of either Canyon X, Upper, or Lower Antelope Canyon
  • Visit to Horseshoe Bend Overlook

Enjoy a scenic drive to beautiful Antelope Canyon from Las Vegas! Take in the sights of the Mojave Desert, Virgin River Gorge, St. George, Kanab, and Glen Canyon on your drive before arriving in Page, AZ on the Grand Canyon’s East Rim. After arriving, you will be transferred to the entrance of the slot canyon you selected: Canyon X, Lower Antelope Canyon, or Upper Antelope Canyon.

Antelope Canyon X

Named for the X carved into the Navajo Sandstone by millions of years of rainfall and wind, Canyon X shares the same impressive red tones and iconic light beams as the rest of Antelope Canyon. In the afternoon, Canyon X offers moodier hues of blue and purple. After arriving, you will hike 100 meters into Antelope Canyon X. From here, your Navajo guides will accompany you through two slot canyon sections.

Lower Antelope Canyon

A popular photography spot because of its impressive light beams, this section of Antelope Canyon is nicknamed “Corkscrew Canyon” for its tight, winding sandstone formations. Lower Antelope Canyon requires visitors to descend down multiple flights of steep stairs (five in total).

Upper Antelope Canyon

An easily walkable corridor takes you to Upper Antelope Canyon. This portion of Antelope Canyon offers some of the most impressive views of the area. Because it is wider at the bottom, it is the easiest spot to capture the iconic light beam photos the area is renowned for.

Horseshoe Bend

After completing the tour of your chosen area of Antelope Canyon, you will continue on to nearby Horseshoe Bend. Here you will enjoy a relaxing hike up to Horseshoe Bend Overlook, where you will enjoy views of the impressive and powerful Colorado River winding below.

After taking in this majestic sight, return to your tour vehicle for a beautiful drive back to Las Vegas.

We did the Grand Canyon West Rim Bus Tour and it was great. Gia was an excellent guide with lots of info, and Wayne made sure we got ice water at each stop. Bucket list trip that didn’t disappoint!

The tour narrator on the bus was great. The helicopter down to the canyon was the best, and the boat ride on the Colorado River was top notch.
